Refund policy

To return an item from your order, please send an email to geral@myos.eu, specifying the items to be returned and the reason for the return.

Requirements for returning an item:
  • Items must not have been altered from their original condition or damaged;
  • They must have the corresponding label or security seal;
  • They must be returned in the original packaging;

Returns must be sent to the following address:

We recommend that returns be sent via certified mail or any other service that provides tracking. MYOS® is only responsible for the item once it is in the company’s possession. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Deadlines for returning an item:
    • The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
    • Shipping costs are borne by the customer;
    • If, for any reason, MYOS® sends an item that does not match the order or is defective, MYOS® will cover the return shipping costs;
    • All exchanges are subject to current stock availability;
  • We do not accept returns of any type of natural hair extensions: single-strand extensions and Easy Hair;
  • The MYOS® online store reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received. In such cases, the customer will be contacted by Customer Support;
  • In the case of returns of items purchased during promotional sales, the return will only be accepted if it includes all items included in the purchase (including “freebies”); partial returns and/or partial refunds are not permitted;
  • If the purchase price differs from the value of the replacement item, the exchange will only be made for items of equal or greater value, not for items of lesser value. Discounts and/or promotions are not cumulative; that is, only the purchase price of the item will be considered;
  • The value of the returned item is refunded to the customer only after the return has been approved by MYOS®. After that, a confirmation will be sent via email, indicating that the amount will be refunded within a few business days. It should be noted that the time it takes for a refund to appear on a credit or debit card, PayPal account, or MBWay account depends on the customer’s bank.
