Shipping policy

Products ordered from the MYOS® online store will only be shipped and delivered on business days;

We can only guarantee proper delivery of an order if the address provided by the customer is correct and corresponds to a specific physical location (such as a home or office). If the address provided by the customer is incomplete and the order is returned to the sender, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again;

A returned order will only be reshipped after it is in MYOS®’s possession and the customer has paid the shipping costs again.

MYOS® orders are shipped via MOOVE and CTT.

After receiving the order and verifying in-store stock, MYOS® commits to the following delivery times:


- In mainland Portugal, within a maximum of 5 business days;
- In the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, between 5 and 10 business days;
- In the European Union (excluding Portugal), approximately 15 business days;
- In all countries outside the European Union, within 20 business days.

Orders within Portugal incur an additional charge of €6, regardless of the recipient. Shipping to Europe costs €10, and to the rest of the world, €17.
Shipping is free within Portugal for orders of €75 or more.
